Happiness. It's relative.

I bought this mug for myself and my three wonderful Street Angels colleagues and friends.
There’s a lot involved in being a badass. It’s not just swearing, which I used to do excessively, but not so much anymore, unless I’m with certain people and then my language becomes unleashed in a way that is mortifying on reflection.
What it takes to be a badass is fundamentally the ability to swallow fear. To wear fear. To weave it in your hair. And then show up.
I can’t explain it any other way.
It is an ephemeral thing. Being a badass. Like belonging to a secret society, a sorority where the acknowledging fear is the price of admission.
I am afraid and I am doing this anyway.
That is my motto. Not for everything but for many things.
