What happens here on Red's Wrap is all over the map. There is no single theme, no overarching gripe, no malady of my own or others that dominates. I write about what seems important or interesting at the moment and what aims me toward hope. I write stories, essays, poems - whatever fits the day and the mood. Nothing stays the same, here or anywhere. That's a good thing. Happiness. It's relative.

Oh, the Stephen King UNABRIDGED edition!
I don’t remember The Stand being that massive. although it has been 30 odd years since I read it.
The first edition wasn’t that long. King did a 2nd edition adding back in 400 pages he’d trimmed for the first edition because the publisher thought the book would cost too much if it was that long. He includes the whole story in the preface. It’s a heavy lift. LOL
I’ve been thinking…that would be a whole lot for Swirl to chew 😉
