Happiness. It's relative.

I walk like a hundred year old woman, like all the hundred year old women you might know, the ones from the facility getting off the bus after an especially long ride from the doctor’s office, that’s how I’m walking now when I get up after a while sitting, though I am outside of myself when I’m walking like a hundred year old woman, so I watch the consideration being made of every move, puzzle at the placement of each step, wondering at what age I stopped skipping, when was the last time I ran after a bus or a child or a particular man I wanted to catch, still I think aging is a dream, it isn’t real, it’s what we conjure, it’s walking like a hundred year old woman but knowing otherwise.
