Happiness. It's relative.

Cake and Cheetos and triumph at my table, little bites and big ones, my mink out of storage wrapped around twice, maybe the white gloves folded for so long in the drawer, I leave the elegant crumbs strewn for others to sweep.

What happens here on Red's Wrap is all over the map. There is no single theme, no overarching gripe, no malady of my own or others that dominates. I write about what seems important or interesting at the moment and what aims me toward hope. I write stories, essays, poems - whatever fits the day and the mood. Nothing stays the same, here or anywhere. That's a good thing. Happiness. It's relative.

How many people still own white gloves? Revel in the Cheetos!
I wish I did!
I love the “to hell with it” attitude here. So sassy!
Also, Jan – will I be seeing you in New York in July? I hope so!!!
Yes! Definitely. I just registered this morning. It will be amazing to meet the Yeah Write stars. 🙂
Of which you are one, you realize. 🙂
Those cheetos are going to stain those white gloves unless you eat them with chopsticks. Just saying! This was a lot of fun.
Ha – you’re so right. I can see it now.
This is exactly what I was thinking, Kathy!!
