What happens here on Red's Wrap is all over the map. There is no single theme, no overarching gripe, no malady of my own or others that dominates. I write about what seems important or interesting at the moment and what aims me toward hope. I write stories, essays, poems - whatever fits the day and the mood. Nothing stays the same, here or anywhere. That's a good thing. Happiness. It's relative.

In 1957 my school had a record fair. I bought my own first record–“All Shook Up.” Great memories.
I will honestly admit Jan that I was never very interested in Elvis. I sincerely didn’t see the appeal. I was a teen during the 70’s though and I had my own secret moments with many long-haired guitar strumming band members, as well as the cliche motorcycle riding bad boys. If only they had been real and not just posters and album covers…
