He only seemed to disappear off the show. He was First Nation. His wife was a young American or Canadian woman who went off hunting caribou or Moose on her own by dog sled. It isn’t that he disappeared in real life… just that I never saw him again.
The Last Alaskans was my favorite. Did you watch it? If not, try to find it. We were hooked.
Yes – we watched every episode. Absolutely gripping — especially Bob and Heimo .
OK.. here I go again. I watched Life Below Zero as well as every other Alaska Doc. aired. Cool. Frigid, in fact. Are you wondering, too, what happened to the husband of the young Woman who is one of the ones featured the most? He was in the first couple of segments and then disappeared. Maybe he’s home taking care of their child. Or maybe he just wasn’t good camera fodder?
I thought we knew everybody on Life Below Zero but neither of us can remember a young couple with the dad disappearing? Was it one of Agnes’ daughters?

No.. I didn’t think you were screening just me. It’s just that some people look at comments before they allow them to be posted. I didn’t think you did, but needed to check to make sure you saw the comment as I wanted to hear your answer. It was just my lack of hitting the send button.
